Power Backup Upgrades

We have been working on a large upgrade to our power backup capacity in our data center as well as our tower sites. This upgrade is now complete and will greatly increase our ability to keep the system up and running during extended power outages.

Service Interruption Notice

 We experienced an unexpected outage July 20th due to a Telco issue.

The issue should be resolved at this time, and we've been monitoring the circuit for continued connectivity, but if you are still experiencing connectivity problems with your service please let us know.

Nickelsville Upgrades

 New access points are being installed on the Nickelsville tower today (04/12/2010). This upgrade will help with any speed issues being experienced in the Nickelsville area. You may see some down time throughout the day.

System Downtime Scheduled
System downtime scheduled for Sunday March 28th. Various parts of the network will be down between 10am-1pm. Most users and services will not be down for longer than 1 hour. If you have any problems connecting to the internet after 1pm, please power cycle our equipment (Motorola Power Adapter) and your router/PC and try again. If you continue to experience issues, please call our office.
